  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States or public order, or constitutes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation

  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource

  • Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form with the intent to mislead or harass any person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

  • In the event of non-compliance with the rules and regulations, Policy or Terms of Service, we have the right to immediately terminate the rights of users to access or use the computer resource or Trip toll Apps or remove the non-compliant information or both, as the case may be.


Withdrawal or non-submission of data

Please note that you will have the option to not provide the data or information that is collected.
